Vigorous, sturdy, and compact, this hardy Hibiscus has showy dinner plate-size blooms of deep burgundy red. Five overlapping petals surround a creamy white-to-pale yellow central stamen. In bloom from midsummer to early fall, it has a rounded, somewhat shrubby habit. Great for low spots or wet areas.
